Pre-construction advisory and procurement management for a 12,000 sqft creative workspace in the King's Cross regeneration area.
A contemporary office fit-out within the King’s Cross regeneration zone, designed to attract creative and technology tenants. Primer managed the pre-construction phase, procurement, and delivery of a workspace featuring exposed services, flexible floorplates, and rooftop terracing.
