Mayfair Hotel Renovation
Contract administration and health & safety consultancy for the phased renovation of a luxury five-star hotel in Mayfair, completed whilst maintaining partial hotel operations.
A complete interior renovation of a prestigious Mayfair hotel, executed in carefully planned phases to allow continued guest operations. The project encompassed 120 guest rooms, public areas, restaurant spaces, and back-of-house facilities.
